The Coastal Erosion Management Permit allows for the operations as indicated on the

- Bluff restoration through a re-vegetation plan is a necessary special condition of this permit.
- A relocation agreement is attached hereto and is a necessary speciai condition of this permit.
- A maintenance agreement is attached with application and is a necessary special condition of
this permit.
