boundaries of which are described in paragraph (1), exclusive of the town and

(1) Area Description:
Beginning at the intersection of the northerly right-of-way line of Sound Ave.,
with the Southold-P~iverhead town line; thence northerly along the Southold-
Riverhead town line to its intersection with the southerly shoreline of Long
Island Sound; thence easterly along the southerly shoreline of L0~g Island
Sound to its intersection with the westerly right-of-way line of Elijah's Lane
extended northerly; thence southerly along the westerly right-of-way line of
Oregon Road; thence westerly along the northern right-of-way line of Oregon
Road to its intersection of the westerly right-of-way line of Mill Lane extended
northerly; thence soutb~nrly along the westerly right-of-,,~y line of Mill Lane
to its intersection with the nortb~_rly right-of-way line of Poute 25; thence
southwesterly along the nortb~_rly right-of-way line of Poute 25 to its
intersection with the westerly right-of-way line of Factor; Avenue; thence
northwesterly along the westerly right-Of-way line of Factory Avenue extended

Your January 14, 1994 Letter and
Resolution
South Beach Drive, Mattituck
We have completed our investigation of the Town's Boards
Resolution to establish a linear speed limit on Sound Beach
Drive, which is within a 35 MPH area speed.
Upon reviewing the area, we will establish a 25 MPH linear speed
limit for Sound Beach Drive, which is approximately 0.3 miles in
length.
We have attached a copy of the Notice of Order for the
regulation. It will become effective when the Town has
the signs.

of Captain Kidd Estates.
The above order will be effective upon the installation, modification or removal of the necessary traffic control device (s) required by and
conforming to the State Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices.
