Area description: Beginning at the intersection of the southerly right-of-way line of St.
Route 25 with the westerly right-of-way line of Oyster Ponds Lane; thence easterly along
southerly right-of-way line of State Route 25 to its intersection with the easterly right-of-.
line of Tabor Road; thence southerly along the easterly right-of-way line of Tabor Road to
intersection of the southerly right-of-way line of Orchard Street; thence westerly along
southerly right-of-way line of Orchard Street to its intersection with the easterly r~ght-of-.
line of Navy Street; thence southerly along the easterly right-of-way line of Navy Street
tended to its intersection with the northerly right-of-way line of King Street; the[
southeasterly along the northerly right-of-way line of King Street to the intersection of
northerly right-of-way line of King Street to the intersection of the northerly right-of-way 1.
