In the near future, this Department intends to initiate a
policy on our contracts for highway improvements to include
in our specifications any local laws or regulations which
may effect our construction.
Therefore, please forward any rules, regulations, or laws
you may have on the five following subjects:
Land use controls
Noise ordinances
Hauling or load limitations
Air or water pollution
Working hour restrictions
