Our field study has been completed and the reports have been received and evaluated. Based on our findings determined by the investigation we are of the opinion that a 30 MPH speed li~it within the above mentioned area is warranted. However, before we may proceed to establish the necessary regulations we suggest you review the enclosed area description, complete the form and obtain the endorsement of the S~ffolk County Co~ssioner of Public Works. After we have received the completed form the necessary orders to es~b~,~'.,sh the 30 MPH area speed l~mit will be issued.
