The To~ Board of the Town of Southold by,resolution dated
December 7, 1982~ hereby requests the New York State Department
of Transportation to conduct speed surveys on the following Town
roads to establish school speed limits:
Pike Street~ east of Marys Road to State Route 25, Mattituck
Marys Road, south of railro'ad tracks to PikeStreet, Mattituck
Depot Lane, north of Route 25 to School House Lane, Cutchogue
North Street, from School House Lane to Stage Route 25, Cutchogue

"Moved by Justice Suter, seconded by Councilman Homan,
it was
RESOLVED, that Supervisor Albert Martocchia be and he
hereby is authorized to contact the State Traffic
Commission to request a 45 MPH speed limit on Route
27 between Lipco Road and Marys Road, Ma ttituck, New
York.
Vote of the Town Board: Ayes: Supervisor Martocchia,
Councilman Rich, Councilman Homan, Justice Suter,
Justice Demarest.'
