The above-referenced project has been completed by Johnson Electric in conformance with the
plans and specifications. We are now transferring maintenance to your jurisdiction.
Please make arrangements with your maintenance contractor to assume all maintenance
responsibility for the following signal installations as of Noon, January 4, 1999.

The installation of this signal and the transfer of maintenance responsibility are in accordance
with the agreement for this installation between the County of Suffolk and the Town of Southold.
