The association has been trying for years to get the passing zone at Kerwin Blvd changed to no passing. I have gotten no where in my attempts. My latest attempt has been directly to Governor Cuomo (a copy of my file is attached). As you are to some extent involved because of your business location at this spot on the Main Road, anything you can do to get some concession will be appreciated. The flooding at the Main Road - Kerwin Blvd intersection continues to be a problem and to some extent aggravates the passing zone issue. Any suggestions you might have on what we can do to get the flooding eliminated once and for all will be appreciated. I am down in Greenport most weekends. Call me (477-0132) if you would rather discuss this in person. Yours truly,
