THIS IS TO CERTIFY THAT THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION WAS ADOPTED BY THE
SOUTHOLD TOWN BOARD AT A REGULAR MEETING HELD ON FEBRUARY 26, :1985:
RESOLVED that the Town Boad of the Town of Southold hereby
authorizes the Suffolk County Department of Public 'Works to
prepare and submit the Preapplication for Federal Assistance,
AirPort Improvement Program, to the New York State Department
of Transportatiofi, Federal Aviation Administration, on behalf of
the Town of Southold, for a grant to slurry seal and repaint the
runways at Elizabeth Airport, Fishers Island, New York.
