(2) The following town and county highways are exclud from the above 30 ~PH area speed limit. (i) C.R. 48, a county highway, between'Moore Lane and Sound Road. The above order will be effective upon the installation, modification or removal of the necessary traffic control device (s) required by and conforming to the State Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices. Our field study has been completed and the reports have been received and evaluated. Based on our findings determined by the investigation we are of the opinion that a 30 MPH speed limit within the above mentioned area is warranted. However, before we may proceed to establish the necessary regulations we suggest you review the enclosed area description, complete the form and obtain the endorsement of the Suffolk County Co~,~ssioner of Public Works.
