The above-referenced project has been completed in conformance with the
plans and specifications. We are now transferring maintenance to your
jurisdiction.
Please make arrangements with your maintenance contractor to assume all
maintenance responsibility for the following signal installation as of Noon,
December 10, 1996.

Would you also notify the police department and any other concerned agency
of this change.
The installation of this signal and the transfer of maintenance respon-
sibility are in accordance with the agreement for th~ installation between the
County of Suffolk and the Town of S~hold. ///

intersection with County Route 48, and westerly along Route 48 to Hortons
