Gentlemen:
We are in receipt of your letter of March 20, 1976, requesting permission
to hold a parade along Route 25 in Southold.
Pleas~ .be advised that th/s office no longer issues parade permits, but
instead has turned jurisdiction in this matter over to the local police.
It will be necessary therefore to have the approval of the Southold Town
Police Department only. No State permit is required.
Thank you for notifying us and we hope you have good weather for your
festivities.
