GILLISPIE - MINOR SUBDIVISION AT ORIENT EXISTING ACCESS R~D COM~!ENT$: ~he access from the State Highway into the above subdivision is in a 30 ft. R.O.W. the road varies from 8 ft. to l0 ft. in width f~ a length of approximately 600 L.F. It is stabilized, with sand and gravel and is in fairly good oondition. However, I would recommend that the ]~st 150 ft. be updated with 2" of the same kind of gravel mixture used in the original road for a width of l0 ft. According to Mr. Gillispie, topsoil was removed fc~ the total length when the road was constructed quit~ some time ago. The house on Lot No. 5 has a circular concrete driveway at the north east corner which would serve as a t~ning area for emergency vehicles.
