2) South 40 degrees 59 minutes East, 78.66 feet to land now or formerly of Carlsen;
THENCE along said last mentioned land, South 48 degrees 41 minutes 20 seconds West, 102.64 feet to the
Northeasterly line of the ~forementioned 50 foot right of way;
THENCE along said 50 foot right of way, North 41 degrees 18 minutes 40 seconds West, 150.00 feet to the point or
~lace of BEGINNING.
FOGETHER with a right of way in common with others over land of the parties of the first part from the Southwesterly
comer of the premises Northwesterly about 402 feet to Sound View Avenue; the Northeasterly line of said right of way
being the Southwesterly boundary of the premises and the direct extension Northwesterly thereof to said Sound View
