paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying

ertain map entitled, "Map of Harbor Lights Estates, Section 3" and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on August 7,
968 as Map No. 5147, and being bounded and described as follows:
~EGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Brigantine Drive distant 120.82 feet southerly from the comer formed by
intersection of the westerly side of Brigantine Drive with the southerly side of Anchor Lane;
,unning thence along the westerly side of Brigantine Drive South 19 degrees 13 minutes 20 seconds West 100 feet to the
ivision line between Lots 49 and 50 as shown on said map;
hence along said division line North 70 degrees 46 minutes 40 seconds West 208.90 feet to land now or formerly of

[ence along said last mentioned land North 26 degrees 15 minutes 40 seconds East 123.66 feet to the southerly line of
md shown on the map of Harbor Lights Estates, Section I;
['hence South 64 degrees 05 minutes 10 seconds East along .said last mentioned lands 195.07 feet to the westerly side of
]rigantine Drive at the point or place of BEGINNING.
IEING AND INTENDED TO BE same premises as granted to the parties of the first part by deed dated September 19,
988, and recorded October 6, 1988 in Liber 10707 at page 515.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part of, in and to any streets and
wads abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with thc appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD
the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of
thc second part forever.
AND the party of the fu'st part covenants that thc party of the fL'st part has not done or suffered anything whereby
the said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the fu'st part, in compliance with Section 13 of thc Lien Law, covenants that thc party of thc
fa'st part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration
as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same
first t~ the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any' other
purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
