Und. 795 (6-O4) Page3 of 3 CA ?g 27 - Changes in Commercial Auto Coverage Forms - New York This new optional endorsement may be used to provide the following coverage enhancements: Broadened Who Is An Insured to provide coverage as follows: Any employee of yours is an insured while using a covered auto you own, hire or borrow in your business or your personal affairs. Any employee of yours is an insured while using an auto hired or rented under a contract or agreement in that employee's name, with your permission, while performing duties related to the conduct of your business. Any person or organization with whom you have agreed in writing in a contract, agreement or permit, to provide insurance such as is afforded under this contract unless the written contract or agreement has been executed, or permit has been issued, prior to the bodily injury or property damage. Liability Coverage Extensions Supplementary Payments: changes payments for bail bond coverage to $2500 and expenses incurred to $300 per day. Physical Damage Coverage Extensions, Broadened Coverage or Increased Limits: Temporary Transportation Expenses due to theft of a private passenger type auto. Limit provides up to $50 per day with a $1,500 maximum. Loss of Use expenses which the insured becomes legally responsible to pay due to loss of use of a vehicle, rented or hired without a driver, under a written rental contract or agreement. The limit provides up to $25 per day with a $750 maximum. Coverage for the expense to return a stolen auto. $600 of personal effects coverage if they were in an owned auto that was stolen. Accidental discharge of an airbag. Hired Auto Physical Damage: Extends physical damage coverage to hired autos on an excess basis subject to a maximum limit of $50,000 per accident. Hired Autos - Coverage Territory: Provides worldwide coverage to autos hired on short-term basis. Suit must be brought within the currently defined coverage territory. Extended Towing: Extends towing coverage to covered "autos" up to a maximum limit o! $500 per occurrence. No deductible applies to private passenger autos. A $100 deductible applies to other than private passenger. Rental reimbursement coverage: Provides rental coverage for a covered auto up to a maximum of 30 days with a maximum value of $50 per day.
