This Letter of Credit #M-8824 replaces and supersedes Letter of Credit #M-8685 dated January 21, 1987. The Planning Board has extended the performance guarantee for one year (see enclosed copies of resolutions). RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board recommends that the Town Board renew the Letter of Credit for Hillcrest Estates, Section I for a one-year period from January 21, 1988 to January 21, 1989. It is also stipulated that all of the improvements as noted in the bond estimate must be completed on or before July 21, 1988 failing which the Planning Board will recommend to the Town Board that the Letter of Credit be called.
