Said monies to the extent necessary to complete the improvements hereinafter set forth and referred to herein shall be paid upon demand by the Town Board to complete road improvements to the subdivision known as Harbor Lights Estates, Section Four, Town of Southold, Southold, New York. All drafts drawn hereunder must all also be accompanied by the Town's signed statement certifying that the amount drawn represents sums due under or in connection with the Performance Bond of Harold Reese and Fred Reese. This Letter of Credit is not transferrable. This Letter of Credit #M-8883 supersedes and replaces Letter of Credit #M-8769 dated October 13, 1987.
