NOTICE is hereby given, as prescribed by Chapter 924 of the Laws of New York, 1941, as
amended, ora special meeting of the Resident taxpayers of the Mattituck Park District to be held on
the 16th day of February, 2006, at 7:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, at the Mattituck Fire
Department, Pike Street, Mattituck,.~lew York 11952, for the purpose of voting on the following
proposition:
Whether or not the Commissions should appropriate the sum of $58,000.00 for construction
costs, finish work, and site improvements on a maintenance/office building at Veteran's Memorial
Park, Peconic Bay Boulevard, Mattituck, New York, (the "Facility), Which Facility will be
substantially in accordance with the site plan prepared by Warren Sambach dated June 1, 2000, as
same has been amended from time to time. The appropriation will be paid from the Park District's
Operating Fund and be applied to the Project Completion Cost.
The polls will be open from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Every elector of the Town of Southold who shall have resided in the Mattituck Park District
for a period of thirty (30) days next preceding this referendum of the Park District shall be qualified
to vote.

NOTICE is hereby given, as prescribed by Chapter 924 of the Laws of New York, 1941, as
amended, of a special meeting of the Resident taxpayers of the Mattituck Park District to be held on
the 16th day of February, 2006, at 7:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, at the Mattituck Fire
Department, Pike Street, Mattituck, New York 11952, for the purpose of voting on the following
proposition:
Whether or not the Commissions should appropriate the sum of $58,000.00 for construction
costs, finish work, and site improvements on a maintenance/office building at Veteran's Memorial
Park, Peconic Bay Boulevard, Mattituck, New York, (the ~'Facility), which Facility will be
substantially in accordance with the site plan prepared by Warren Sambach dated June 1, 2000, as
same has been amended from time to time. The appropriation will be paid from the Park District's
Operating Fund and be applied to the Project Completion Cost.
The polls will be open from 7 p.m, to 9 p.m.

Whether or not the Commissioners should appropriate the sum of $58,000.00 for
construction costs, finish work, and site improvements on a maintenance/office building
at Veteran's Memorial Park, Peconic Bay Boulevard, Mattituck, New York, (the
Facility), which Facility will be substantially in accordance with the site plan prepared by
Warren Sambach dated June 1, 2000, as same has been amended from lime to time. The
appropriation will be paid from the Park District's Operating Fund and be applied to the
Project Completion Cost.
