The appropriation will be paid from the Park District's Operating Fund and be applied to the Project Completion Cost. The polls will be open from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Every elector of the Town of Southold who shall have resided in the Mattituck Park District for a period of thirty (30) days next preceding this referendum of the Park District shall be qualified to vote.
