The following action was taken at the Southold Town Board of Trustees meeting on
November 18, 1998.
RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Board of Trustees grant the request for a Waiver
for a new deck addition to an existing deck, removal of an existing foundation and put in
a new foundation for screen porch and 88' of stockade fencing along the south side of the
property to be placed only on applicant's property.
However, this does not constitute approval from any other agencies.

Enclosed please find two Site Plan drawings, and a check for $40, for the property
referenced above. The proposed addition and new screened porch, is greater than 75 feet
from the edge of average high water mark; we are therefore requesting a Letter of Non
Jurisdiction from the Board of Trustees for that portion of the construction. The project
also involves a new deck addition to an existing deck which is 70 feet from the edge of
average high water mark; we are therefore requesting a Waiver from the Board of Trustees
for that portion of the construction.
