The Board was advised by Town Attorney Tasker that the Trustees may not declare themselves lead agency with regard to a Wetland Application before the Town Board. This does not preclude the Trustees from declaring themselves lead agency in the matter of a permit by Wunneweta Lagoon Association that is presently before the Trustees. The Town Board held a public hearing on the matter of the application f~r a wetland permit by Wunneweta Lagoon Association on November 5th at 3:30 P.M. This public hearing was recessed until 3:30 P.M., November 24th, to give the Trustees ample time to present the Town Board with their findings and recommendations. The Board also recessed the public hearing on the wetland application of Charles DeLuca to 3:35 P.M., November 24th, and Costello Marine Contracting Corp. on behalf of Fred Cowan to 3:40 P.M. on November 24th to again give the Trustees ample time to present the Town Board with their findings and recommendations.
