Fill space between old and new bulkhead with clean sand. All proposed activities approved with the condition of a 10' non-turf buffer installed landward of the bulkhead. Replacing bulkheads within 18" has an accumulative effect on the loss of wetland resources throughout the Town of Southold. Permit to construct and complete project will expire two years from the date the permit is signed. Fees must be paid, if applicable, and permit issued within six months of the date of this notification.
