Re: Wunneweta Pond Association, Wetland Permit 04994
Dear Mr. Krupski:
Pursuant to our recent telephone conversation, would you kindly provide me with a brief letter
confirming that the captioned wetlands permit (copy attached), which was issued 22 January
1999 for the dredging of the Wunneweta Pond inlet channel with 10-years maintenance, is in fact
valid for ten years fi:om the date of permit issuance, Jalluary 22, 2009.
As we discussed, because the Association warns to ensure that their authorization to dredge the
channel does not lapse, I would like to provide them with a written assurance from the Board of
Trustees for their files.
I thank you for your cooperation in this matter and appreciate your time and assistance.
Respef~t~ly yours,
