Melissa met with Tom Shalvey, one of the landowners. They would like to move
the proposed reserve area out of the swale and they may no longer want to
pursue a subdivision. LPC discussed use of structure on Bridge Lane (on Bridge
Lane/middle of property). If development rights are sold on entire property –
structure could be used for ag purposes only. Melissa Spiro and John Sepenoski
will attempt to have another meeting with Tom Shalvey to gather more
information as to his intentions for the property and his preferred location of
reserve area.

Stewardship Update –
Jim McMahon’s stewardship memo re: project updates
distributed to members.
John Sepenoski and Melissa Spiro brought members up-to-date on stewardship
projects now being done at Laurel Lake and Arshamomaque Preserves. It was
decided that Melissa request Jim McMahon’s attendance at a near future LPC
meeting to allow for LPC members to participate in direction of stewardship and
the intended goals for preserved lands.
