The plan adequately addresses the drainage needs for all new impervious surfaces proposed for the site. In addition, I am not aware of any existing drainage problems associated with this site. This design meets or exceeds the requirements listed in the Town Code. Some of the work proposed is immediately adjacent to the existing curb cut on County Route 48.
