Mr. Weeden has asked us to evaluate his property for his erosion problems. George Costello looked at the property and saw that the east property line is eroded. We are proposing to place a vinyl bulkhead and possibly a rock revetment to control the erosion. Nohe of a Grandfather Permit for a 55' wooden bulkhead and an 18 1/2' X 10' dock. This approval does not constitute approvals from any other agency. SOUTHOLD TOWN CONSERVATION ADVISORY COUNCIL The following recommendation was passed by the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council at its July 28, 1997 meeting: WR-79 ~ by Mary Griffin, seconded by Melvyn Morris, it was RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVAL of the Waiver Request of JAMES D. WEEDEN 118-2-6.2 to install a 300' split tall fence along west side of property from the bulkhead to existing split tall fence at front of the property 1175 Bridge Lane, Cutchogue Vote of Council: Ayes: All Motion Carried I I
