Dear Sirs:
I am requesting if on yournext field inspection, 2/14/01, you could 9o to
the above reference property. Mr. Weeden has asked us to evaluate his property
for his erosion problems.
George Costello looked at the property and saw that the east property line
is eroded. We are proposing to place a vinyl bulkhead and possibly a rock
revetment to control the erosion. We would appreciate your assessment prior to
submitting permit applications to all governing agencies in an attempt to save
time and money for everyone involved.

Dear Mr. Weeden,
The following action was taken by the Southold Town Trustees on
Wednesday, July 30, 1997, at their Regular Meeting:
RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Board of Trustees grant a
Waiver to erect a 300+ split rail fence along property line and
a Transfer of Permit #4501 from Eleanor S. Nohe of a
Grandfather Permit for a 55' wooden bulkhead and an 18 1/2' X
10' dock.
This approval does not constitute approvals from any other
agency.

The following recommendation was passed by the Southold Town Conservation
Advisory Council at its July 28, 1997 meeting:

RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVAL
of the Waiver Request of JAMES D. WEEDEN 118-2-6.2 to install a 300' split
tall fence along west side of property from the bulkhead to existing split tall
fence at front of the property
