As per our Field Inspection, on March 13th 2002 and our discussion with you.
We hereby give permission to restore it back to the original state in kind/in place. However any
activity within 100' of the Wetland line and/or seaward of the Coastal Erosion Hazard Line
would require action from this office.
This determination is not a determination fi.om any other agency.
