conducted by Trustee Artie Foster:
The Southold Town Board of Trustees Approve the request of WILLIAM & JOAN CORWlN for
an Emergency Permit to Amend Permit #5941 to replace the existing collapsed cesspool. The
new location of the cesspool will be 10' off the comer of the house, as depicted on the attached
survey, and with the condition of a continuous row of hay bales is maintained along the
wetlands 10' buffer line as stated in Permit #5941.

Dear Mr. & Mrs. Corwin:
The Board of Town Trustees took the following action during its regular meeting held on
Thursday, June 24, 2004 regarding the above matter:
WHEREAS, WILLIAM & JOAN CORWIN applied to the Southold Town Trustees for a
permit under the provisions of Chapter 97 of the Southold Town Code, the Wetland
Ordinance of the Town of Southold, application dated May 6, 2004, and,
WHEREAS, said application was referred to the Southold Town Conservation Advisory
Council for their findings and recommendations, and,
WHEREAS, a Public Headng was held by the Town Trustees with respect to said
application on June 24, 2004, at which time all interested persons were given an
opportunity to be heard, and,
WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are familiar with the
premises in question and the surrounding area, and,
WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and documentation submitted
concerning this application, and,
WHEREAS, the structure complies with the standards set forth in Chapter 97 of the
Southold Town Code,
WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proi~osed will not affect the
health, safety and general welfare of the people of the town,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT,
RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees approve the application of WILLIAM & JOAN
CORWIN to spread bluestone on the existing driveway, with the condition of a 10' non-
turf buffer between the wetlands and the lawn area and a line of hay bales is placed
down along the buffer.
Permit to construct and complete project will expire two years from the date the permit
is signed. Fees must be paid, if applicable, and permit issued within six months of the
date of this notification.
Inspections are required at a fee of $50.00 per inspection. (See attached schedule.)

in a southeast direction along the meadowland of the heirs of J. G.
Tuthill to the center of the ditch separating the land now or formerl~
of Elizabeth Faucon and the heirs of J. G. Tuthill, thence southwest-
erly along the center of the ditch to a point 200 feet north of Suf-
folk Avenue, thence in an easterly direction to a point 14 feet from
the east boundary line separating the property now or formerly of
Elizabeth Faucqn and Olympia Kouros, thence in a southerly direction
200 feet to a point on Suffolk Avenue 14 feet west of the stone monu-
ment at the place of beginning, thence in an easterly direction to
.the stone monument at the place of beginning.
BEING the same premises devised to William H. Corwin and Thelma E.
Murphy (formerly Thelma E. Corwin), party of the first part herein,
under paragraph "Second" of the last Will and Testament of Henry
Foster Corwin, a/k/a Henry F. Corwin, who died testate a resident
of Suffolk County, N. Y. on April 13, 1964 (Suffolk County Surro-
gate's Court File ~o.46~ P 1964~.
The abov~ described premises were conveyed to Henry F. Corwin by
deed dated 10-10-53, recorded in Suffol~ County Clerk's office
10-29-53, Liber 3603 cp 243.

thc first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
lhe same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using an)' part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
