We already have specifications for bidding the scalehouse itself, which simply involves the purchase ora pre-manufactured building. I will research the pros and cons of having the scalehouse provider be responsible for all of the work (including the septic and water hookups) vs. having the Town bid the septic and water separately. I will have a recommendation on this for the Board at its next meeting, as well as a proposal to seek a bond resolution for the work. The se. alehouse work is an approved capital budget item for 1998.
