Downs Farm Preserve
1. Removal ofinvasive & non native species
2. Trail & site maintenance

Dam Pond Maritime Reserve
1. Removal ofinvasive & non-native species
2. On-going grassland restoration
3. Trail & grassland maintenance
4. Grade and place stone blend in driveway
5. Place large stone on west side of service road to block vehicle traffic
6. Thin locust trees in woods
7. Cut or remove stumps in the trail tread
8. Maintain water view vistas along the trail
9. Mow small trails to the water for vista overlooks
Mill Road (McGunni~le} Preserve
1. Trail maintenance
2. Place stone blend in the parking area
3. Remove non-native and invasive species
Marratooka Lake (North) Preserve
1. Cut dead fall on west side of the preserve
2. Grassland management
3. Cut stumps in sleigh riding ama
Custer Preserve
1. Up-date Management Plan
2. Mow grasslands
3. Install kiosk with a site map
4. Develop a brochure listing the tree/shrub species
5. Create a small parking area
6. Trim trees by well head
7. Level and plant trail
8. Level and plant field the south of the Custer building
9. Plan and install pond
10. Re-plant fields around the trees
11. Weed and mulch the nursery area
Arshamonaque Pond Preserve
1. Trail Maintenance
2. Open up small areas in the woodlands
3. Cut and/or remove grape vines
4. Install (2) benches along the trail
5. Thin trees on the north end of the site
6. Create a wetlands overlook on the Adams property
7. Install (2) osprey poles
8. Wetland/pond restoration and improvements
Arshamona~lue Preserve
1. Site clearing for planning of grassland areas
2. Add stone blend in parking area
3. Install osprey pole
4. Open up and improve woodland trail
5. Check & clear trails of stumps
6. Improve vistas around seasonal ponds
7. Cut grape vines
8. Install several benches along the trails and remove invasive or non-native species
9. Plant spruce and crab apple trees

6. GPS of the Laurel Lake Preserve points of interest
7. Develop a trail lay-out plan
8. Develop and implement a grassland restoration plan
9. Install signs (SC Parks, SCWA Stewardship)
10. Trail improvements
11. Restoration of buildings and barns (NOFO)
Pioes Cove Preserve (Reese)
1. Develop a Management Plan
2. Inventory of the flora & fauna
3. GPS wetlands
4. Develop a trail plan
5. Remove debris, afneeded
Skipper Horton Park
1. Mulch gardens and new planting
2. Remove phragmities in ponds, as needed
Town Beach Improvements
1. Saw cut parking lot
2. Install new plantings or berm along road
