Construct a single family dwelling, deck, garage, gravel
driveway, septic and well. Approx. 1,322. c.y. of fill will be
trucked in. A 50' non-turf buffer will be maintained and can be
mechanically trimmed as per survey dated March 6, 1997.

during its regular meeting held on MArch 26, 1997 regara~ng the
above matter:

WHEREAS, said applicatinnwa~ referred to the $outhal~Town
Conservation Advisory Council for thei~ fin~%ngs and
recon~endations, an~
WHEREAS, a Public H~aring was held by the Tow~ Trustees with
respect to said a~lication on Marc~= 26, 1997, at w~ich tim~ all
interested persons were given an o~rt-,n~ty to be heax~, anti,
WHEREAS, the Boazdm~mhers have personall¥ viewed an~ are

W~EREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and

WHEREAS, the structure c~lies with the ~tandard set forth in
Chapter 37-18 of the Southold Town Code,
WHEREAS, the Board has determ%n~ that the project as proposed
will not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the
people of the town,

RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees grant a Wetland Permit to
construct a single family dwelling, deck, garage, gravel
driveway, septic an~ well. Approx. 1,322. c.y. of fill will be

Permit to construct pro~ect will expire two ~ears frc~ the ~ate
it is signed. Fees must be paid, if applicable, an~ permit
issued within six month~ of the date of this notification.
Two inspections are required and the Trustees are to be notified
upon completion of said project.

Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council:
