48 minutes 00 seconds East 250 feet to a monument and lands of now or formerly
of Joseph W. Hawkins;
THENCE along said lands of Joseph W. Hawkins South 40 degrees 44 minutes 30
seconds West 160.04 feet to a monument and lands now or formerly of Rose
Berryman;
THENCE along said land of Rose Berryman North 47 degrees 48 minutes O0 seconds
West 255.88 feet to a pipe set in the southeasterly line of Soundview Avenue;
THENCE along the southeasterly line of Soundview Avenue North 42 degrees
51 minutes 00 seconds East 160.00 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
THIS is a Correction Deed wherein Deed dated May 24, 1983 made by
Edward C. Booth and C. Whitney Booth to Norman E. Wamback, and recorded on
August 10, 1983 in Liber 9404 page 54, was incorrect as the grantors should not
have been Edward C. Booth and C. Whitney Booth. Said deed should have been
conveyed by the Executors of the Estate of Clement W. Booth, Edward C. Booth
and North Fork Bank & Trust Company n/k/a North Fork Bank, as Co-Executors to
Norman E. Wamback. In all other respects the original deed between the parties
is confirmed and ratified.
