Wamback, and recorded on August 10, 1983 in Liber 9404 page 54, was incorrect as the grantors should not have been Edward C. Booth and C. Whitney Booth. Said deed should have been conveyed by the Executors of the Estate of Clement W. Booth, Edward C. Booth and North Fork Bank & Trust Company n/k/a North Fork Bank, as Co-Executors to Norman E. Wamback. In all other respects the original deed between the parties is confirmed and ratified.
