Box 447 Quogue, NY 11959-0447 Re: James & Karen Hoeg SCTM # 115-17-17.10 Dear Mr. Just: The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees during its regular meeting held on January 29, 1997 regarding the above matter: WHEREAS, J.M.O. Consulting on behalf of JAMES AND KAREN HOEG applied to the Southotd Town Trustees for a permit un,er the provisions of the Wetlnnd Ord~na-ce of the Town of Southold, application dated December 3, 1996, and, WHEREAS, said application was referred to the Southold Town Conservation Advisory Council for their findings nnd recommendations, and WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held by the Town Trustees with respect to said application on Jam,n~y 29, 1997, at w~ch time all interested persons were given an opportunit~ to be heard. and, WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewe~and are familiar with the premises in question and the surrounding area, and, WHEREAS, the Board has consid-red all the testimon~ and documentation submitted concerning this application, and, WHEREAS, the structure complies with the standard set forth in Chapter 37-18 of the Southold Town Code, WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed will not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the people of the town, NOW THEREFORE BE IT,. RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees grant a Wetland Permit to construct a single family dwelling, sanitary syste~, deck, patio, pool and asphalt driveway, and a line of hayhales 50' landward of the existing tidal wetlands line, and, BE IT FURTHER~RmOLVED that this determinationshould not be considered a determination made for any other Department or Agency which may also have an application pending for the same or similar project. Permit to construct project will expire two years frc~ the date it is signed. Fees must be paid, if applicable, and permit issued within six months of the date of this notification.
