WHEREAS, said application was referred to the SouthotdTown Conservation Advisory Council for their findings recommendations, and Wa~EAS, a Public Hearing was heldbythe Town Trustees with respect to said application on May 28, 1997, at which time all interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard, and, WHEREAS, the Board m~abers have personally viewed and are familiar with the premises in question ancl the surrounding area. and. WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimonl~ and documentation sul~nitted concerning thi~ application, and, WHEREAS, the structure complies with the standar~ set forth in Chapter 37-18 of the Southold Town Code. W~h%hgEAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed will not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the people of the town, NOW 'i'~F~REFORE BE IT, RESOLVED. that the Board of Trustees grant a Wetland Permit to construct a single family dwelling, deck garage, septic ~2~-tem as per plans dated April 2, 1997 with a 50' non-disturbance buffer, and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this determination shoul~ not be considered a determination made for any other Department or Agency which may also have a~ application pending for the same or similar project. Permit to construct project will expire two years from the date it is signed. Fees must be p~u~, if applicable, ~-~ permit issued within six months of th~ date of this notification. Located Willis Creek Drive, (Harbor Farms), Mattituck Moved by Robert Keith, seconded by Mary Griffin, it was RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board of Trustees A~ROVAL of the application provided the applicant maintain a 75' non-disturbance buffer.
