ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings thereon erected, situate, lying and being at
Cedar Beach, near Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, and State of New York, known and
designated as Lot No. 136, on a certain map entitled "Map of Cedar Beach Park", and which map was filed in
the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on December 20, 1927 as Map No. 90, said lot being more
particularly bounded and described as follows: ~--"
BEGINNING at a point on the Southwesterly side of Cedar Point Drive East, distant 293.23 feet Southeasterly
from the .Southeasterly end of the curve connecting the Southeasterly side of Little Peconic Bay Lane with the
Southwesterly side of Cedar Point Drive West, as measured along said Southwesterly side of Cedar Point Drive
East; and
RUNNING THENCE South 59 degrees 42 minutes 40 seconds East along said Southwesterly side of Cedar

mark of West Lake;
