beginning;
RUNNING along said land of Perron, south 09 degrees 37 minutes 50 seconds east, 338.91 feet;
RUNNING THENCE along land now or formerly of John Chamews, south 67 degrees 06 minutes 40 seconds west,
50.00 feet;
RUNNING THENCE along land of Robert Gillespie, north 09 degrees 37 minutes 50 seconds west, 338.91 feet to
said southerly line 0f Middle Road;
THENCE along said southerly line, north 67 degrees 06 minutes 40 seconds east, 50.00 feet to the point or place of
