The Southold Town Board of Trustees reviewed the survey dated July 12, 1995, and after an
inspection made on February 13, 2002, determined the construction ora second-story addition to
the existing dwelling, to be out of the Wetland jurisdiction under Chapter 97 of the Town
Wetland Code.
However, any activity within 100' of the Wetland line would require permits fi:om this office.
This determination is not a determination fi:om any other agency.
