The following action was taken at the Southold Town Board of
Trustees meeting on February 24, 1999:
RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Board of Trustees grant the
request for a Transfer of Permit #4743 to construct a single
family dwelling, sanitary system, driveway, garage and decking
with a 20' non-turf/non-fertilized buffer west of the dirt road
as per plans dated April 22, 1997, from Gloria M. Mc Coy to
Harold & Dorothy C. Baer.

Dear Mr. Just:
The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees
during its regular meeting held on Wednesday, May 28, 1997
regarding the above matter:
WHEREAS, J.M.O. Consulting on behalf of Gloria M. McCoy applied
to the Southold Town Trustees for a permit under the provisions
of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southold~ application
dated May 2, 1997, and,
WHER. EAS: said application was referred to the Southold Town
Conservation Advisory Council for their findings and
recommendations, and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held by the Town Trustees with
respect to said application on May 28, 1997, at which time all
interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard, and,
WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are
familiar with the premises in question and the surrounding area,
and,
WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and
documentation submitted concerning this application, and,
WHEREAS, the structure complies with the standard set forth in
Chapter 37-18 of the Southold Town Code,
WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed
will not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the
people of the town,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT,.
RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees grant a Wetland Permit to
J.M.O. Consulting on behalf of GLORIA M. McCoy to construct a
single family dwelling, sanitazy system, driveway, garage and
decking with a no clearing buffer 20' west of dirt road as per
plans dated April 22, 1997, and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this determination should not be
considered a determination made for any other D~paz~,ent or
Agency which may also have an ~pplication pending for the same
or similar project. ~
Permit to construct project will expire two years from the date
it is signed. Fees must be paid, if applicable, and permit
issued within six months of the date of this noti~ic&tion.
Two inspections are required and the Trustees are to be notified
upon completion of said pro3ect.
FEES: None.
