Baer 26 Tamarack Place Wilton, CT 06897 RE: SCTM#116-7-6 Dear Mrs. Baer: The Southold Town Board of Trustees reviewed the survey dated April 22, 1997 and received in our office on March 7, 2000, and determined that the the construction of a two-car garage attached to the southwest corner of the dwelling, 140' from the wetlands line, to be out of the Wetland jurisdiction, under Chapter 97 of the Town Wetland Code. However, any activity within 75' of the Wetland line would require permits from this office. This determination is not a determination from any other agency. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this determination should not be considered a determination made for any other Department or Agency which may also have an application pending for the same or similar project. Permit to construct and complete project will expire two years from the date it is signed. Fees must be paid, if applicable, and permit issued within six months of the date of this notification.
