103 of the General Municipal Law, that sealed bids are sought and requested for the sale
of THE FOLLOWING SURPLUS PROPERTY: Approximately 200 bicycles to be
sold in numbered lots of approximately ten (10) bikes per iot;.Five (5)."Sunfish"
type boats; two (2) dinghies; One (1) paddle boat; Out (1) Ai~,r~mu:a h&,~ b~,d, One
(1) Catamaran Hull; and Six (6) Mushroom Anchors. All items may be inspected at
the Southold Town Police Department, Main Road, Peconic, New York 11971, 631 765-
2600 between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. September 8 & 9, 2000.
The sealed bids together with a Non-Collusive Bid Certificate will be received by
the Town Clerk at the Southold Town Hall, 53095 Main Road, Southold, New York
11971 until 10:00 A.M., Monday, September 11, 2000 at which time the will be opened
and read aloud in public. The Town Board reserves the fight to reject any and all bids
and waive any and all informalities in any bid should it be deemed in the best interest of
the Town of Southold to do so.
All bids must be signed and sealed in envelopes plainly marked
"Bid on Surplus Property", and submitted to the Office of the Town Clerk.
