County of Suffolk and State of New York, being shown and designated as Lot No. 30 on a certain
map entitled, "Map of Angel Shores situate at Bayview, Town of Southold" which map was filed
on 8/23/95 in thc Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County as Map No. 9729, which said lot is more
particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northeasterly side of Four Winds Court, distant 129.25 feet south-
easterly from the most southeasterly end of the arc of a curve having a radius of 25 feet and length
