IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROJECT IS CONSISTENT WITH SIMILAR BLUFF STABILIZATION EFFORTS ALONG THIS SHORELINE AND WILL NOT SIGNIFICANTLY ADVERSELY IMPACT NOR INCREASE EROSION OF THE FRONTING BEACH OR ADJACENT PROPERTIES. FURTHER, THE STRUCTURE HAS BEEN DESIGNED IN ACCORDANCE WITH GENERALLY ACCEPTED ENGINEERING PRINCIPLES SO THAT IT WILL BE DURABLE; CAPABLE OF WITHSTANDING INUNDATION, WAVE IMPACTS, WEATHERING AND STORM CONDITIONS; AND HAVE A REASONABLE PROBABILITY OF CONTROLLING EROSION FOR AT LEAST THIRTY YEARS.
