Map and partly along said southerly side of Lot 28 on said Map,
South 65 degrees 09 minutes 20 seconds East, a distance of 103.53
feet to a point marked by a monument and land now or formerly of
Michaelis; RUNNING THENCE along said land now or formerly of

of 75.33 feet to a point marked by a monument; RUNNING THENCE still
