Deliveries are to be made to the Highway Department and Collection/Disposal Area as and when required. In submitting bids, the bid price shall be based upon Northville Refining Rack price to which has been added the delivery cost per gallon. The aforementioned Northville Consumer Rake price is published daily. Vendor receiving the award must check tanks twice weekly and fill as necessary. The successful bidder will be required to make deliveries to the town within four (4) hours of a request for a delivery from any town official and such bidder will be required to make deliveries on any day of the week including holidays and shall make deliveries in such quantities of 250 gallons or more, as may be required. Routine deliveries to the Highway Department must be made between the hours of 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday. No deliveries are to he made to the Highway Department on weekends or holidays unless an emergency call is made. Routine deliveries to the Collection Center/Disposal Area must be made between the hours of 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Sunday. No deliveries are to be made to the Collection Center/Disposal Area on holidays unless an emergency call is made. All fuel tickets for deliveries to the Town must be signed by a Town Employee. Vendor receiving award must supply service for any and all repairs or replacements on town owned pumps within four (4) hours.
