Moved by Justice Clark; seconded by Justice Tuthill; WHEREAS, the County of Suffolk wishes to condenm a 16 ft. strip, of land on the North Road, Cutchogue, N.Y. owned by the Town of Southold for the widening of the present road, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Town of Southold sell this strip of land for $1.00 to the County of SUffolk.
