POLICY: At scheduled Town Board meetings, the attending public is encouraged to briefly address the Town Board relating to agenda resolutions prior to their enactment; the public will also be given time at the conclusion of the regularly scheduled bus'mess agenda to address the Board on any given topic. RESOLUTIONS Special Note: At the start of the Town Board Meeting the Supervisor will invite the public to speak on the following resolutions. ~ Appoint Charlotte Cunningham as Clerk Typist in the Justice Court. Grant permission to Southold American Legion Gdswold-Terry-Glover Post #803 to place a reviewing stand on the lawn at Southold Town Hall for their parade on June 13, 1998. Appoint Donna Lyburt-Childress and Roxana Cruz as part-time Matrons in the Police Departmem, on call as needed. Authorize and direct the Town Clerk to advertise for resumes for the position of part-time Matrons, on call as needed, in the ~olice Department Declare as surplus property "Ryder Landing" SCTM #1000-15-3-45, Orient.
