Authorize modification to the General Fund Whole Town 1998 Recreation Department Budget for Meetings and Seminars. Engage the services of Stanley J. Isaksen to prepare a survey separating the active farmland from the non-farm area of the estate of Sophie Kaloski at the request of the Farmland Preservation Committee. Rescind Resolution No. 4 of April 14, 1998 accepting the proposal of Howe Scale for maintenance and servicing of the landfill scales. Accept the proposal of Atlantic Scale for the maintenance and servicing of the landfill scales for the calendar year 1998. Authorize Supervisor Cochran to sign the 1998 A~reement with the North Fork Housing Alliance for the Southold HOME Investment Partnership Program. lk~c,~) 17.
