Grant permission to the Southold P.T.A. to use Oaidawn Avenue, Southold, for their annual Halloween Parade on Saturday, October 31, 1998, commencing at 1:00 p.m. Grant permission to the Oysterponds Union Free School District to use Village Lane, Orient, for their Annual Halloween Parade on Friday, October 30, 1998 at 1:00 p.m. Authorize and direct Supervisor Cochran to sign the 1999 New York State Office of Children and Family Services Program Application, for the Southold Town Youth Services Program.
