address the Town Board relating to agenda resolutions prior to their enactment; the public will
also be given time at the conclusion of the regularly scheduled business agenda to address the
Board on any given topic.

State of New York Department of Transportation Notice of Order to establish a "No
Stopping Anytime" restriction on the south side of Route 25, between New Suffolk Avenue
and Love Lane; to repeal an existing "No Standing Anytime" restriction on the south side of
Route 25 west of Wickham Avenue; and to repeal an existing "No Standing Anytime"
restriction on the south side of Route 25 between New Suffolk Avenue and Love Lane, all

.~Authorize and direct Supervisor Cochran to execute contracts for 1999 STOP-DWI Funding
and enforcement activities.
~Authorize and direct Supervisor Cochran to execute Amendment #$ to the agreement with
( NYS Office of Mentai Retardation and Developmental Disabilities Services Office.
'~ Authorize modification to the General Fund Whole Town 1998 budget for overdrawn
donated funds for the Tree Committee.
'~R~ant permission to Recreation Supervisor Kenneth Reeves to attend the $9t~ Annual NYS

Set 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 19, 1999, Southold Town Hall, as time and place for a
public heating on the Increase and Improvements of Facilities of the Southold Solid Waste
Management District, in the Town of Southold, in the County of Suffolk, New York,
pursuant to Section 202-B of the Town Law.
~ Authorize and direct Supervisor Cochran to sign a Subordination Agreement with the
County of Suffolk and the Flatbush Federal Savings and Loan Association: Community
Development - Housing Rehabilitation Program.
'x~) Grant permission to Andrew Gregg to place bat houses on Southold Town property as part
of his Eagle Scout Project.

recording the deed for property located in Mattituck from The Nature Conservancy, SCTM

Set date and time, Southold Town Hail, as time and place for a public hearing on the
question of the acquisition of approximately two acres of development rights in the
agriculturai lands of the Estate of Sophie Kaloski, SCTM #1000-109-I-24.1.
~ Accept the bid of Resourceful Bag & Tag for supplying plastic garbage bags for 1999.

Pool" in three papers: Traveler-Watchman, Suffoll~ Times, Sttffolk Life.
~. Appoint Bonnie Scott as School Crossing Guard on Fishers Island.

AFL-CIO, Southold Unit 8785, ("CSEA") dated 12/10/98, pursuant to settling and resolving
the so-cailed Public Safety Dispatchers Overtime ("Weingart") Grievances covering the
periods 7/97 through and including 9/98.
