RESOLUTIONS Special Note: At the start of the Town Board Meeting the Supervisor will invite the public to speak on the following resolutions. ~ Authorize modification to the General Fund Whole Town 1999 budget for unexpected revenue to purchase a defibrillator for the Police Department. ~) Adopt resolution to participate in the Suffolk County Preservation Partnership Program for the purpose of acquiring the Arshamomaque Wetlands Preservation Parcels, subject to final negotiations. ~ Grant permission to Principal Planner Valerie Scopaz to attend meetings related to her job responsibilities during 1999. '~ Authorize and direct the Town Clerk to advertise purchase for bids for the of Screened Sand for Ice Control and Highway Malntenance~ '~ Promote Theresa Zimnoski to the position of Senior Clerk-Typist in the Justice Court. c~ Reappoint individuals to the Southold Town Agricultural Advisory Committee. (~) Grant longevity salary increases to entitled employees of the Fishers Island Ferry District. '~3 Grant hourly compensation increase to Fishers Island Ferry Deckhand Jessee District Marshall. '1~ Set the rate of compensation for Fishers Island Ferry District Deckhand Seam O'Meara. '~Set 8:05 p.m., Tuesday, February 2, 1999, Southold Town Hall, as time and place for a public hearing on "A Local Law in Relation to Stop Sign on Pike Street". Accept the proposal of John M. Collins to conduct a historical and architectural analysis of the Whitaker/Thompson House~ Adopt Bond Resolution authorizing the acquisition of a street for the Town sweeper USe by Highway Department and authorize the issuance of serial bonds for financing. ~) Determine that the purchase of approximately two acres of agricultural lands &the estate of Sophie Kaloski (SCTM #1000-109-1-24.1) is an unlisted action and that the Southold Town Board declares itself Lead Agency for the proposed project. Issue a Negative Declaration with respect to the purchase of approximately two acres of agricultural lands of the estate of Sophie Kaloski (SCTM # 1000-109-1-24.1). 3~ Authorize Superintendent of Highways Raymond L Jacobs to purchase one 1999 street sweeper. Appoint Rosina Suglia as Deputy Receiver of Taxes.
